If a model is temporarily out of stock, it will be indicated on the product page and the wait time will be longer than usual. Typically, our orders take between 5 and 7 business days to arrive once they have been shipped. Please also note that we take 2 to 3 business days to pack your order before shipping it out. When you buy from Bellatore, we offer a 15-day trial period for your purchases during which you can return your products, with some exceptions, for any reason.

During this 15-day period, you can return your products as long as they haven’t been used or washed and are in good condition and with the original packaging. You will receive a full refund for your purchase once we receive the product.

Regarding the warranty, we like to keep things as simple as possible, so we make it easy for you. All our products have a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects as long as they have been given proper use and care. Damage caused by accidental breaks or natural wear and tear after receipt is not included.

It depends on the product and the quantity of items ordered. For example, we can usually ship up to two rapiers together in one package, but we can ship up to four longswords in the same box.
